onebestway is recruiting: Junior designer

Hello there

onebestway is looking for a talented and hard working Junior Designer.

This role may start off as less than a full week (a placement) so an undergraduate or recent graduate may be suitable.

You will have an impressive grade if you have graduated and a stunning portfolio of work that you’ll be super-proud of either way.

You will know and love onebestway and you’ll be able to articulate why.

You’ll be well looked after and supported here at onebestway as part of our growing, award winning team.

You’ll be an extremely fast, committed and focused individual with immense pride in your work and impeccable attention to detail.

You’ll be really positive, likeable and ‘can-do’ with an insatiable appetite for learning. You’ll be prepared to do long hours too.

You will be prepared to work across the entire marketing mix; online and in print. You’ll have a good understanding of marketing and a love of design in general. You’ll also know that design in a commercial context is always for good reason.

Here at onebestway our work has to be effective, always. We are measured and we are judged every day. And that’s how it should be.

You’ll be a great communicator, confident yet respectable and a really rather lovely person too.

You’ll be very, very capable with Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

You also be popped to the top of the list if you have ‘all of the above’ plus a decent understanding of Flash and Dreamweaver.

In summary you’ll give your all (and then some) for the onebestway team and their clients, every day and in every way that you can.
